Sandy has been involved in an array of senior-level search initiative throughout the region, with a focus in South China. She currently covers various aspects in trading/buying, retail, automotive and manufacturing, especially in garment, shoes, electric, mechanical equipment and motor industry.
She leverages the vast experience gained during her more than 15-year career in human resources spanning a wide range of recruitment between top managements and chief technicians in Guangzhou, Dongguan and Shenzhen.
Sandy possesses strong interpersonal skills and has solid experience of talent acquisition in China and Regional level. She also has extensive experience launched various regional HR projects, i.e., talent mapping, new office start-up with clients and RPO projects. She also specializes in providing consulting services for sizeable multinational companies and local enterprises across the industries of Trading/Buying, Luxury Retail/FMCG, Automotive and Manufacture Engineering Services in the Greater China and Asia Pacific regions.
