Our Search Methodology

After an initial briefing with the client to understand the exact requirements of the assignment our consultants will recommend a tailor made solution and design the appropriate process to achieve the desired result. We take great care to respect the confidentiality of all sensitive information provided to us by both the client and the candidate. We will agree in advance how much of this information may be disclosed during the assignment.

The recruitment process will involve sourcing candidates through targeted search and database research. Asianet then undertakes to handle and evaluate the response including face to face interviews and if required psychometric profiles. Detailed written reports are produced and thorough reference checking is carried out. Once the candidate is selected the consultant will help with the negotiation of the remuneration package and terms of the offer.

We also exercise great care in the handling of unsuccessful candidates as we recognize that this is important to your company’s reputation.

Success results from a teamwork approach where two consultants work on each assignment to ensure continuity, quality client relationships, and high professional standards. A broad spectrum of specific market sector experience helps us to understand each client company’s business needs and ambitions. Longer term relationships allow consultation on issues beyond recruiting.

Before starting an assignment we invest time and effort getting to know the client company, its products, culture and business processes. Our consultants combine an intimate knowledge of local, regional and international markets with the teamwork, commitment and trust which evolve only from long standing working relationships.
