Recruiting in the Asia Pacific region can be a challenge because of the culture and the language. Operating in counties like China and India has highlighted the critical need for increased levels of technical and managerial capability requiring competencies in multi-tasking, multi-cultural management and interfacing with local governments for both Asian and Expatriate executives.

All of our research is carried out in-house by a research team of 10 staff that speak English, Mandarin, Cantonese and Korean. Our Consulting Directors interview candidates in-depth, typically for an hour or more.
